The nonprofit sector is living through one of the most volatile moments in modern history.  From voting rights to reproductive freedom, from LGBTQ+ protections to immigrant justice, from environmental safeguards to international alliances, each week brings new challenges that cut at the core of why nonprofits exist. And yet, in moments like this, there is an antidote more radical than despair: joy.

But here's the good news: this challenging moment presents a tremendous opportunity for nonprofits to harness volunteerism and advocacy. People want to help. They're just looking for clear, meaningful ways to do so.

Diversity isn’t a trend. It’s not a corporate buzzword. And it’s definitely not something organizations should be pushing aside.  Diverse teams work better. They make smarter decisions, create stronger solutions, and outperform homogeneous teams in measurable ways.
