He has extensive strategic planning experience in both for-profit and non-profits, and is also Founder of a US based non-profit. His expertise makes him a trusted advisor to non-profits and businesses navigating complex development challenges.
MEET NICOLE

Nicole is a seasoned research and data analysis professional with a decade of experience uncovering consumer insights across diverse industries and non-profit sectors.
In addition to her quantitative research expertise, Nicole specializes in development prospecting, marketing, and grant writing. She’s done donor research for tens of thousands of donors using our professional donor prospecting platform, worked on dozens of grants, and led digital marketing campaigns for our clients.

Splitting time between Jamaica, Nigeria, and the US, Dr. Anna Bethune, PhD is a dynamic strategist, educator, and social impact leader.
She has more than a decade of experience guiding non-profits, social enterprises, and purpose-driven businesses toward values-aligned growth.
Her work lives at the intersection of strategy, equity, education, and systems change and is rooted in a belief that every action moves the mission forward.
