THE CHALLENGE.

Tanzania Education Corp (TEC) faced a twofold challenge: navigating the complexities of digital fundraising to support their mission and refining their innovative Project-Based Learning (PBL) system to maximize student engagement and outcomes.

 

As a nonprofit dedicated to providing transformative education in Tanzania, TEC needed guidance to build a sustainable fundraising model and optimize their educational approach for greater impact.

OUR STRATEGY.

PhoenixFire Strategic Consulting stepped in to address both needs, helping TEC launch their first-ever Giving Tuesday fundraising campaign while providing strategic insights to enhance their PBL system.

 

By combining expertise in digital fundraising and education strategy, we worked to empower TEC with the tools and knowledge needed to drive meaningful change in their community and beyond.

Campaign Planning: We worked closely with TEC to design their first-ever Giving Tuesday campaign, outlining clear goals, a detailed timeline, and actionable steps.​

 

Messaging Insights: We tested multiple types of messaging, emphasizing different aspects of TEC’s mission to identify what was most effective in inspiring donors.

Workshop Development: We revised and enhanced TEC’s existing PBL workshop materials to align with best practices, ensuring they were engaging, practical, and adaptable to various educational contexts.

Rubric Creation: Tailored PBL rubrics were developed, differentiated by grade level and form, to provide clear criteria for assessing student outcomes while supporting TEC’s goal of fostering meaningful project-based learning experiences.

Capacity Building: We guided TEC’s team through the updated materials, equipping them with the tools and confidence needed to implement the refined PBL system effectively.

AI IMAGE GENERATION.

For Tanzania Education Corp, we provided strategic advice on capturing compelling photography to elevate their content and storytelling. Our team created an extensive shot list document that outlined best practices for capturing images aligned with their mission and goals. To make these guidelines as effective and clear as possible, we leveraged advanced AI image generation technology to create hyper-realistic visuals.
